Affiliate Disclosure

We are paid a commission by Amazon when you buy something after clicking one of our links. It costs you nothing extra. We are an Amazon Associate and this site uses the Associates tag ntaifitness-20.

Where to expect it

Any article that recommends a product shows a marked product box. Each one carries the words "A suggested tool" and a short note explaining why the product suits the article. Immediately above the first product box on such a page, we repeat this disclosure so you see it before the recommendation rather than after it.

What the commission does and does not change

It pays for the site to exist and keeps it ad-free. It does not buy placement. We do not accept payment to feature a product, and we do not remove negative things we have written about a category just because a brand in that category sells well. If a section is thin or unhelpful, the commission does not fix it.

How products get chosen

A product appears because it answers a question the article is actually asking, not because it has a high commission rate. Where a practical choice exists between two similar options, we say so in the note. Where we are recommending something as a category rather than a specific model, we say that too.

Concretely: we search the category, rank what comes back by how many reviews it has, and then read the product page to confirm the item is actually the kind of thing the article asked for. Anything whose real title does not match the recommendation gets discarded rather than published. The product photo on the page is downloaded from Amazon and re-encoded so the site does not depend on their image server, which also means it will not silently change under you.

Prices and accuracy

Prices on Amazon change without notice and we do not control them. Where a price or review count appears in a product box, it is a snapshot taken when the page was built and it will drift. Treat it as a starting point for your own check, not as a claim by us.

What we will not do

No health claims tied to a product. No suggestion that buying something will treat, cure, or prevent a mental health condition. No fabricated scarcity, no invented customer reviews, no countdown timers. Nothing here is a prescription, and nothing here substitutes for care from a qualified professional.

Questions

If something reads like a sales pitch rather than an honest suggestion, tell us through the contact page. We would rather fix it than keep the commission. More on data handling is in the privacy policy, and the limits of our advice are set out in the disclaimer.
